Yes! Because we offer both in-stock and supplier-fulfilled items, your order may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.

🚫 Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they begin processing. You may still return eligible items once they arrive (see Return Policy for details).

Yes. Each product listing includes sizing information directly from the manufacturer. Please review the sizing notes before placing your order.

  • If the packaging is damaged, please file a claim with the courier.

  • If the product itself is damaged or incorrect, emailΒ using the contact form within 5 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and offer either:

    • 120% store credit, or

    • A refund (less shipping) to your original payment method.
